The design process

Contact us to set up a meeting to discuss the details of your project, so that we can help you to uncover what your dream home looks like. As a first step, we'll thoroughly research the best style to suit your space, budget, and unique needs. Next, we'll develop a mood board that will help you to better visualize our ideas. Once we receive your approval on our vision, we'll move onto creating a series of design proposals. In the final step, your favorite proposal will then be flawlessly rendered in our programs to give you a virtual, but very realistic image of your newly-designed home.

PRE DESIGN PHASE

Here, our first objective is to meet with the client and determine the overall project vision and goals. We will discuss key areas such as scope, features, purpose, and functionality.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This phase involves finalizing the design by meeting with client several times with architectural plans and 3D visualization.

ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY

CONSTURCTION DRAWINGS

At this stage, we have a final design. We can now prepare construction drawings, blueprints, notes, and technical specifications required for the construction process.

CONSTURCTION SUPERVISION

During this phase, we will supervise the construction process to ensure it aligns with the design intent. If any changes are necessary, we will discuss them with the owner, making sure they are compatible with their vision for the project.

PRE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Here, A BOQ and overall cost estimation along with Gantt Chart will be provided. Financial proposal as well as Payment Schedule will be discussed.

SITE MOBILIZATION

Here, upon your written approval we will prepare the site and mobilize labor and instruments to commence work.

CONSTURCTION & SUPERVISION

During this phase, we will conduct the construction work and supervise to ensure it aligns with the design intent making sure they are compatible with their vision for the project.

PROCUREMENT

Upon your written approval, we will start procuring materials required for construction.

MEET & GREET

You’ll meet our expert designers, and they will listen to your requirements. (No payment is required.)

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

With a range of designs, our designers will seek your approval and develop the design from start to finish. (Pay 5% of the estimated quotation.)

ORDER PLACEMENT

Once the order is placed, we will begin working on construction drawings. Upon your written approval, we will start procuring materials and preparing the site to commence work.

CONSTURCTION & SUPERVISION

During this phase, we will implement the installation work. To ensure everything is on track, we’ll provide you with a Gantt Chart. We’ll also conduct quality checks.
