Designed in 2023, this quadplex residential building at Shagufta, Dhaka, is a compact yet efficient urban dwelling solution by OKKHiO Architects. Situated on a 3 katha plot, the project focuses on maximizing livable space while maintaining privacy and comfort across four individual residential units.Each unit is thoughtfully designed with optimal space utilization, natural light, and ventilation in mind—creating a warm, functional environment for families. The building’s form reflects a clean, modern architectural language, using simple volumes and a refined material palette to fit seamlessly within the urban fabric of the neighborhood.This project exemplifies OKKHiO Architects’ expertise in delivering high-quality, small-scale residential solutions that meet the needs of modern urban lifestyles without compromising on design or livability.
