The G+14 storied mixed-use building at Matikata, Kalshi, designed by OKKHiO Architects in 2025, is envisioned as a modern urban landmark that integrates residential and commercial functions within a single vertical development. Rising over 14 stories on 10 katha land, the building makes efficient use of space while offering a vibrant mix of facilities that serve both residents and the community.The lower floors are dedicated to retail and commercial spaces, ensuring active engagement with the surrounding urban fabric, while the upper levels provide premium residential apartments designed for comfort, privacy, and modern living. The architecture balances bold verticality with refined detailing, featuring a contemporary façade that enhances both visibility and elegance.This project demonstrates OKKHiO Architects’ expertise in high-rise mixed-use design, creating a sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling development that contributes to the evolving skyline of Dhaka.
