The Ghoradhari Mosque is a three-storied religious structure currently under construction in the serene rural setting of Ghoradhari, Matlab, Chandpur. Designed by OKKHiO Architects in 2023 on a generous 15 katha plot, the project embraces spiritual significance while respecting the natural landscape and cultural heritage of the area.Surrounded by lush paddy fields and forested edges, the mosque’s architecture responds sensitively to its environment—using local materials, subtle textures, and a harmonious scale. The design emphasizes openness, natural light, and ventilation, creating a tranquil atmosphere for worshippers. Functional spaces are distributed across three levels to accommodate congregational prayer, community gatherings, and religious education.Rooted in simplicity and humility, the Ghoradhari Mosque stands as a testament to OKKHiO Architects’ commitment to contextually responsive and spiritually resonant architecture.
