This G+7 storied residential apartment building, currently under construction at Hojon More in MAU Housing, Rajshahi, is a contemporary urban living project designed by OKKHiO Architects in 2025. Built on a 5 katha plot, the project is a response to the growing need for well-designed, space-efficient housing in one of Rajshahi’s most promising neighborhoods.The design includes a ground level for parking and building utilities, with seven floors of residential units thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum natural light, ventilation, and spatial comfort. The building’s modern façade and efficient floor layouts reflect OKKHiO Architects’ commitment to functional, aesthetic, and user-focused design.This project reinforces our dedication to creating smart, livable urban spaces that blend design innovation with everyday practicality.
