Located in the developing residential hub of Jalshiri Abashon along the 300 Feet highway in Dhaka, this G+8 storied apartment building is a reflection of OKKHiO Architects’ approach to modern, efficient urban housing. Designed in 2024 on a 5 katha plot, the building is carefully planned to balance functionality with aesthetics, maximizing space while ensuring comfort and livability.The structure features ground-level parking and utility spaces, with eight floors of well-laid-out residential units above. Each unit is designed to allow for optimal daylight and cross-ventilation, fostering a healthy living environment. The façade incorporates clean lines and modern materials, giving the building a sleek yet contextual presence in its surroundings.This project exemplifies our commitment to delivering well-crafted, high-density residential solutions tailored to the evolving landscape of Dhaka city.
