Designed in 2024, this G+9 storied residential apartment building in Gazipur reflects OKKHiO Architects’ commitment to functional vertical living within a limited footprint. Situated on a 5 katha plot, the building is a thoughtfully planned high-rise that responds to the growing demand for quality urban housing in the area.The ground floor accommodates essential parking and service areas, while nine upper floors provide well-ventilated and naturally lit residential units. Each floor plan is optimized to ensure maximum space efficiency, privacy, and comfort for the occupants. The building’s modern façade and clean geometry enhance its presence in the urban context, combining aesthetic appeal with practicality.This project exemplifies our approach to designing high-density residences that are livable, sustainable, and sensitive to both site and surroundings.
