Gardenia is a G+11 storied residential apartment building currently under construction at Chandrima Model Town, Dhaka Uddan. Designed by OKKHiO Architects in 2023 on a 10 katha plot, the project is envisioned as a refined urban living solution that balances vertical density with comfort and thoughtful spatial planning.The design includes a well-structured ground floor with dedicated parking and shared amenities, while the upper levels feature a mix of spacious residential units that prioritize natural light, ventilation, and privacy.
