ANIS Tower at Washpur Garden City is a Residential Apartment Building, designed by OKKHiO Architects in 2021 and completed in 2024, is a thoughtfully crafted 7-story structure located in Washpur Garden City. This project was executed under our supervision, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. The building features a ground floor with dedicated parking and essential amenities for residents. The top two floors are reserved for the client’s private residence, designed as a luxurious duplex with a spacious rooftop garden and an open terrace, providing a peaceful retreat with stunning views. The remaining floors, from levels 1 to 5, consist of two rental units per floor, offering comfortable, modern living spaces for tenants. This blend of private luxury and functional rental spaces embodies OKKHiO Architects' commitment to creating versatile, well-designed buildings that serve diverse needs.
